過(guò)程:
Step 1步驟1:
Boil the Broccoli with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes
西蘭花用少許鹽煮5分鐘。
Step 2步驟2:
Heat some oil in a saucepan and add the chopped garlic, chilies and the anchovies.
在平底鍋裡加熱一些油,加入切碎的大蒜、辣椒和鯷魚。
Step 3步驟3:
When the garlic is golden, add the chopped broccoli. Stir the sauce and gently simmer it for 15 minutes until the ingredients bind together.
當(dāng)大蒜變成金黃色時(shí),加入切碎的西蘭花。攪拌醬汁,慢燉15分鐘,直到所有材料都融合在一起。
Step 4步驟4:
In one pot add water, salt and bring to boil.在一個(gè)鍋裡、加入水、鹽、燒開(kāi)
When water boils add the Orecchiette pasta and cook for 12 minutes, after that take out from the water and add the pasta to the sauce already hot .
當(dāng)水沸騰時(shí),加入義大利麵,煮12分鐘,然後從水裡撈出來(lái),把義大利麵加入已經(jīng)熱的醬汁裡。
Work with medium heat fire, add parmesan cheese, olive oil, breadcrumbs and a bit of the water where the pasta was cooked.
用中火加熱,加入帕瑪森乾酪、橄欖油、麵包屑和少許煮義大利麵的水。
Step 5 :步驟5:
Remove from the fire, put the pasta in a rustic bowl, add a splash of olive oil for finish and serve
從火上移開(kāi),將義大利麵放入一個(gè)質(zhì)樸的碗中,最後加入少許橄欖油即可食用
